One of many friend that I know can be the everyday's hero is Hendru. He is 25 years old, born in Palembang, south Sumatra. He also one of Taekwondoin in Maranatha. He graduated from Parahyangan University in 2010 and now he works as insurance agent in Bandung. He have a good lifestyle, he doing a sport and a hard worker person in job. He always helps me when I got a problem, He gives me a lot of beautiful word which can influence me, and give me a spirit to face the life. He teaches me a lot of thing about how to be a good agent and how to face the life as an agent.
The firs thing he said to me is be a confidence. because I am a social being, so I have to be confidence when I talk with another person or costumer, and also be confidence when I have to talk in front of many people, for example like a speech in public. Be a brave person, don't be scare or shy, just do that without thinking to much. Beside that, you must have a lot of friends and keep finding a new friends. When I feel nervous, I have to practice my speech ability at home. I usually do that in front of mirror, so I can handle a nervous feeling which is come out when I talk or speech. And also learn more deeply about my vocabulary, I have to be able to choose and use the polite word or the informal word in the correct situation. so that can increase my speech skills.
How to life in professional as a good insurance agent ? there are a lot of important thing that I have to do. First, hard worker is very important to me. When I doing something, sometimes I got easily bored, and surrender. That habit is have to be change. Because, if I still doing that habit, I will not become a tough person. Second, Make a consumer give them faith to me. I have to persuade someone with politely and closely. Because in marketing world, costumer is a king. so I have to make the costumers feel comfortable with me, and after that, they would trust to buy some product from me. third, be a responsible agent. After I have a costumers, I have to be a responsible with every possibilities that may happen next. Don't ever leave my costumer with problem in they hand. I have to help them, to solve they problem. And remember, when I was live as an insurance agent, it's mean forever. The last, I must not easily give up. It will not lead me to the successful life. and also surrender is only for a loser.
Keep my confidence levels on the top, be a professional when I doing job. And don't forget to keep practice my verbal skill, because it is the important thing when I do a job like insurance agent or the other public relation job. And also be a responsible when I was choose that job, don't leave the costumer, don't leave the problem, and than don't ever thing that I am a loser.
